Taking subscription from my debit card without my authorisation
I am pleased with Meetic's customer service. They sent me a link to Apple which resolved my issue. I was able to get in touch with Apple through the link and Apple deleted my subscription.

I wrote to Meetic many time. I called them to resolve the issue but I never got any reply from them.
I explained to them that I paid for 6 months they accepted the payment but I could not open up my account BUT they took the money.

Unable to log into my account
When I try to log in, it says, "Invalid Credentials". When I try to "Change Password" via email - I never get the email.
I am a paid member. I have sent a complaint and they just said to look into my junk but its not there.

Payments have not stopped and I unsubscribed?
Hello so I unsubscribed my inscription and the payment still is being taken from my account,? Why is this happening I unsubscribed as the website does not suit me as I am limited in Francis at the moment and will possibly return when I am more versed in french ok

Why do I see foregn profiles other than romania?
Hello! I am Ionut Dragos ( that is also the name of my meetic profile).I don't understand why do I see foreign profiles even if I specificly unchecked this option desiring only romanian' s women profiles!!???

Since yesterday 22nd January I try to cancell my subscription ending 24.01.2004. Due to technical problems of your site is not possible in my profile and I could not reach you by phone 15 minutes ago "prière de rappeler plus tard.
L'abonne ne peut pas être joint pour le moment".
I wish to cancel my 6-months subscription ending tomorrow due to the following:
- only 5 percent of the women I wrote to replied. 60 % of those who replied were cheating on their profile description, living in other countries, of different skin color, having children instead of without.
- of those who contacted me on their initiative, 2/3 were african women while I indicated I look for a white woman of european origin.
So please cancel my profile on due date 24.01.2024.

Je désire savoir pourquoi après avoir répondu à complétez cotre profil (pour prouver mon identité) se qui *** fait par lenvoie dune photo sans lunette, les pages de votre catalogue restent toujours aussi inexistantes depuis, en matière de propositions de candidates. Je viens deffacer la sus dite image puisque visiblement cela na pas amélioré la pauvreté de vos propositions.
Il me semble que mon profil est assez correctement complet en info sur ma personne et mon désir de rencontre, dautant quil y a sur ce site des femmes qui sont plutôt succinctes (doux euphémisme) quant au contenu de leur profil. Et pendant ce temps, vous encaissez 30/ mois bien sûr.
Largent dabord nest ce pas. Alors jattends vos explications et vous demande de ne surtout pas menvoyer un sondage dopinion car il me tarde déjà la fin de mon contrat afin de ne plus JAMAIS revenir sur Meetic.
À vous lire. Claude très en colère de cette expérience assez détestable.

Cancellation of inscription.
In december I have sent you a message to stop my subscrption of Meetic.
I received a confirmation, but nothing happened and I am still debited for 9.99 monthly
Woulsd appreciate you stop it immediately and pay back my paid money for decmber and January

I have tried repeatedly to reset my password because the site will no longer recognize it (my email address is "jbrady@***a-americana.com.cn". However, despite a dozen requests for a link to reset my password you have yet to send me anything...not even an acknowledgment of my many requests (I have repeatedly checked my junk/spam mail folders for a response from you).
Unless I receive some communication from you within the next few days I will have to immediately cancel my subscription and will be left with a very poor impression of your site and service. Thank you in advance.
