I have returned to Ourtime paid the subscription but it wont let me log in with my previous credentials

Alors moi plus Jamais avec Meetic car ils m'ont soutiré les sous deux fois sur mon compte bancaire à l espace de 1h ils m ont prélevé 27,49 euro et 29,49 euro alors lorsque j apelle les cons me raccroche en plus le gout de cet apelle était de 0,80 euro et j'ai fais deux fois 19 minutes dans le vide .des merdes

I have cancelled any subscription I had with you, why have your company taking money out of my account out of the blue. I would like the money which you have taken out of account to be refunded back into my account.

As such, I would like to cancel anything that I have with you and to have a full refund of the money I have paid to you.

Je viens de créer mon compte Meetic aujourdhui et, environ une heure plus tard, *** reçu un message indiquant que mon profil avait été suspendu/fermé.

Je ne comprends pas la raison de cette décision et je pense quil pourrait sagir dune erreur automatique.

Pourriez-vous mindiquer le motif exact de cette suspension et vérifier mon dossier afin de réactiver mon compte si possible ?

I cancelled my subscription to Ourtime back in November as I wasn't happy with my experience. I am still being charged monthly payments despite my firm cancellation. Please reinstate this cancelled status and refund all sums which you have withdrawn from my account, without delay.
